All of our clients have access to their own support portal. This portal provides up to the minute information on the progress of each request, and includes a knowledge base for additional information and research. Requests can be submitted with this on-line portal and tracked to completion.
Over 90% of the day-to-day requests that we receive can be resolved remotely. If on-site support is required, our technicians come equipped to complete the work in a single trip. For those rare situations that require emergency response, we provide loaner and disaster recovery equipment to restore service quickly with minimal disruption to your organization.

XFER Services are available to all of our clients all of the time. Our contract support clients receive additional benefits of reduced rates, 24 X 7 support, priority response and other important benefits. Managed Services
XFER offers managed services for computers, networks and many phone systems that include monitoring for up-time, disk utilization, patch management, anti-virus software and other key indicators of network and system health. These services allow us to solve many potential issues before they impact your organization or your end users. We evaluate each software update for it's impact on your systems.
